Duplicate Purchases
Immediate full refund for accidental duplicate enrollments in the same course, regardless of access time.
Medical Circumstances
Special consideration for medical emergencies or significant life changes that prevent course completion, evaluated case by case.

Processing & Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
While we strive to accommodate reasonable requests, certain situations don't qualify for refunds:
- Course completion beyond 25% of total content
- Requests made after the 14-day eligibility window
- Certificate programs where credentials have been issued
- One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already occurred
- Special promotional pricing or bundle deals (partial refunds may apply)
- Changes in personal financial circumstances unrelated to course quality
Students who have downloaded course materials, completed assignments, or participated in live sessions may be subject to partial refund calculations based on content consumed.
Payment Method & Processing Times
Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, while bank transfers may take up to 10 business days. PayPal refunds are usually immediate once processed from our end.
For international students, additional processing time may be required due to currency conversion and international banking procedures. We'll provide estimated timeframes based on your specific payment method and location.
Important Note
All refund requests are carefully reviewed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our educational programs. We reserve the right to deny requests that don't meet our stated criteria or appear to violate the spirit of this policy.
Partial Refunds & Course Transfers
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds or course transfers as alternative solutions. These options are particularly relevant for students who have begun coursework but face unexpected circumstances.
Course transfers to future sessions may be available for students who can't complete their current enrollment due to scheduling conflicts or temporary personal situations. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session.
